Finally!
I kept delaying the Nick & Jessica news because there was nothing solid to report. First, rumors of a split started when Nick did not show up to Ashlee Simpson's 21st birthday party. Then they supposedly did not spend their anniversary together. I even recall rumors of infidelity (Nick), too much
partying (Jessica), and clashing egos (Jessica's success and Nick's lack thereof). After much speculation, the wait is finally over...Nick and Jessica have announced their separation.
According to US Weekly, the couple has decided to "part ways." This marks the end of their 3 year marriage. Arguably, there is still hope for reconciliation and that separation does not necessarily lead to divorce. Nothing is final until the papers are signed.
Here are some pictures taken before the announcement. Jessica seems to be hiding her ringless finger. Oh Jessica, you should have just been honest with us from the beginning.

her sweater is gray in the first pic and in the second its brown...how is this justification???
I still think it's from the same picture, or somebody didn't do a great job of photoshopping. It's the same bag and in the same position, at least it's the same type of sweater as well. The point is not the color of her sweater! They are separated, so deal with it!
