Celebrity? Sighting

ANDREW KEEGAN, 27, was spotted con una chica at a Starbucks at the 3rd Street Promenade on Monday night. Andrew donned a tan jacket and layered up with a gray hoodie underneath. Although he had his hood on, his now chiseled baby face was still undeniably recognizable to the sharp eyes of experienced celebrity spotters.

The girl was slim and tall (even statuesque) wearing a long black coat and boots that made the couple the same height. She wasn't recognizable as an actress, so either she is still trying to get famous, or she could just be a regular girl.

Before entering Starbucks, the two played around and joked like a young couple in love. They ordered one drink from Starbucks and then made their way to a movie theater. Displaying a complete disregard for traffic rules, they boldly disobeyed the red stick figure telling them not to cross. They continued their brisk walk and entered into the warmth of the movie theater. We didn't have the audacity to follow them into the theater, so no word on what movie they watched.

Andrew is best known for his role on 7TH HEAVEN as Wilson, and as Joey Donner (conceited jerk) in 10 THINGS I HATE ABOUT YOU. More recently, he was in an episode of HOUSE as the "Rebellious Student." He isn't as popular as he was when he was younger, but he's still working. According to IMDB, he has a couple projects in the works.
