Indie Artist of the month: VAL EMMICH

Many of you probably recognize Val Emmich from Ugly Betty. Well let me just tell you that he has been around for quite a while making guest appearances on 30 Rock last year as Tina Fey’s young love interest, and Cashmere Mafia as the “manny” locking lips with Lucy Liu. Seems things are going great for Val Emmich as an actor. As a musician he has accomplished a lot. He has had four albums, a loyal fan base, and has done it again delivering an enriched album full of thoughts and emotions that go by the name Little Daggers. It feels as if he is giving us access to his personal journal. His lyrics to each song are precise to the melody. The lyrics tell the story and the melody makes you feel it. You can truly see that he has grown through his music. He always surprises the listener with his upbeat melodies and his honest lyrics. The album as a whole is a unique blend of emotion and melodic tone. He is the true essence of MUSICIAN. Very talented and this album proves it even more to those nonbelievers. What is great about Val is that he lets his music do the talking. He captures the essence of everyday life and turns it into beautiful music. This album is A MUST HAVE!!!
